Senior Case Manager - intake and assessment (remote)

Clearpath Lantern Property Management Associates is a Jacksonville property manager with leasing, maintenance and resident services, and we need a Senior Case Manager to lead our intake and assessment. You would join a small organisation of about 29 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Follow up regularly and update records accurately. • Report outcomes to funders in clear, short summaries. • Meet clients, understand their needs and build a simple plan. • Help with applications and appointments for maintenance requests. • Connect clients with partner agencies. What we are looking for • Strong documentation habits. • Experience in social services, casework or a related field. • Empathy, patience and good boundaries. Nice to have • Experience with maintenance requests. • Bilingual English and Spanish. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Jacksonville. • We reply to every applicant.
