Senior Case Manager - intake and assessment (remote)

Ironwood Drift Care Services provides in-home and community support in Tulsa. We are hiring a Senior Case Manager to take on intake and assessment. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Report outcomes to funders in clear, short summaries. • Meet clients, understand their needs and build a simple plan. • Follow up regularly and update records accurately. • Connect clients with partner agencies. • Help with applications and appointments for family communication. What we are looking for • Experience in social services, casework or a related field. • Empathy, patience and good boundaries. • Strong documentation habits. Nice to have • Bilingual English and Spanish. • Experience with family communication. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, afternoons. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Tulsa. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
