Senior Case Manager - intake and assessment (remote)

Bright Wilder Housing provides affordable homes and support services around Philadelphia, and we need a Senior Case Manager to lead our intake and assessment. You would join a small organisation of about 48 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Connect clients with partner agencies. • Follow up regularly and update records accurately. • Report outcomes to funders in clear, short summaries. • Meet clients, understand their needs and build a simple plan. • Help with applications and appointments for lease compliance. What we are looking for • Strong documentation habits. • Empathy, patience and good boundaries. • Experience in social services, casework or a related field. Nice to have • Bilingual English and Spanish. • Experience with lease compliance. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Philadelphia. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
