Senior Case Manager - intake and assessment (remote)

We are growing our team at Fernwood Ridge Learning Group and adding a Senior Case Manager whose main responsibility will be intake and assessment. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Follow up regularly and update records accurately. • Report outcomes to funders in clear, short summaries. • Meet clients, understand their needs and build a simple plan. • Help with applications and appointments for family communication. • Connect clients with partner agencies. What we are looking for • Empathy, patience and good boundaries. • Strong documentation habits. • Experience in social services, casework or a related field. Nice to have • Bilingual English and Spanish. • Experience with family communication. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, mornings. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Tucson. • We reply to every applicant.
