Senior Case Manager - intake and assessment (remote)

Foxglove Rook Housing is looking for a Senior Case Manager. The job centres on intake and assessment for rent assistance, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Housing is our mission and residents are our neighbours. What you will do • Follow up regularly and update records accurately. • Report outcomes to funders in clear, short summaries. • Help with applications and appointments for rent assistance. • Connect clients with partner agencies. • Meet clients, understand their needs and build a simple plan. What we are looking for • Empathy, patience and good boundaries. • Experience in social services, casework or a related field. • Strong documentation habits. Nice to have • Bilingual English and Spanish. • Experience with rent assistance. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Sacramento. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
