Senior Case Manager - intake and assessment (remote)

Silverline Pine Community Partners Group is a nonprofit in Grand Rapids supporting families with food, housing and job help. We are hiring a Senior Case Manager to take on intake and assessment. Mission matters here, and so does looking after staff. What you will do • Help with applications and appointments for volunteer shifts. • Meet clients, understand their needs and build a simple plan. • Report outcomes to funders in clear, short summaries. • Follow up regularly and update records accurately. • Connect clients with partner agencies. What we are looking for • Strong documentation habits. • Empathy, patience and good boundaries. • Experience in social services, casework or a related field. Nice to have • Experience with volunteer shifts. • Bilingual English and Spanish. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Grand Rapids. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
