Senior Case Manager - intake and assessment (remote)

Highbridge Beacon Learning Group is looking for a Senior Case Manager. The job centres on intake and assessment for learning materials, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Collaboration between teachers and staff is strong. What you will do • Help with applications and appointments for learning materials. • Report outcomes to funders in clear, short summaries. • Meet clients, understand their needs and build a simple plan. • Connect clients with partner agencies. • Follow up regularly and update records accurately. What we are looking for • Empathy, patience and good boundaries. • Strong documentation habits. • Experience in social services, casework or a related field. Nice to have • Bilingual English and Spanish. • Experience with learning materials. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Wichita. • We reply to every applicant.
