Senior Case Manager - intake and assessment (remote)

Clearpath Oak Civic Services works with county and city offices around Reno. We are hiring a Senior Case Manager to take on intake and assessment. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Meet clients, understand their needs and build a simple plan. • Help with applications and appointments for budget submissions. • Report outcomes to funders in clear, short summaries. • Follow up regularly and update records accurately. • Connect clients with partner agencies. What we are looking for • Experience in social services, casework or a related field. • Strong documentation habits. • Empathy, patience and good boundaries. Nice to have • Bilingual English and Spanish. • Experience with budget submissions. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, spread across three days. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Reno. • We reply to every applicant.
