Senior Case Manager - intake and assessment (remote)

Bright Kestrel Learning Group operates schools and learning programmes around Philadelphia, and we need a Senior Case Manager to lead our intake and assessment. You would join a small organisation of about 161 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Meet clients, understand their needs and build a simple plan. • Help with applications and appointments for student accounts. • Follow up regularly and update records accurately. • Connect clients with partner agencies. • Report outcomes to funders in clear, short summaries. What we are looking for • Experience in social services, casework or a related field. • Strong documentation habits. • Empathy, patience and good boundaries. Nice to have • Experience with student accounts. • Bilingual English and Spanish. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Philadelphia. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
