Senior Case Manager - intake and assessment (remote)

Amberfield Meadow Housing Partners is looking for a Senior Case Manager. The job centres on intake and assessment for maintenance stores, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. What you will do • Follow up regularly and update records accurately. • Report outcomes to funders in clear, short summaries. • Meet clients, understand their needs and build a simple plan. • Connect clients with partner agencies. • Help with applications and appointments for maintenance stores. What we are looking for • Empathy, patience and good boundaries. • Experience in social services, casework or a related field. • Strong documentation habits. Nice to have • Experience with maintenance stores. • Bilingual English and Spanish. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Colorado Springs. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
