Senior Case Manager - intake and assessment (Raleigh, NC)

Foxglove Bright Community Partners is a Raleigh charity working with residents on basic needs and opportunity, and we need a Senior Case Manager to lead our intake and assessment. Mission matters here, and so does looking after staff. What you will do • Connect clients with partner agencies. • Follow up regularly and update records accurately. • Report outcomes to funders in clear, short summaries. • Help with applications and appointments for benefits enrolment. • Meet clients, understand their needs and build a simple plan. What we are looking for • Empathy, patience and good boundaries. • Experience in social services, casework or a related field. • Strong documentation habits. Nice to have • Experience with benefits enrolment. • Bilingual English and Spanish. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Raleigh. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
