Senior Case Manager - intake and assessment (Providence, RI)

Amberfield Cobalt Property Management manages apartment communities around Providence. We are hiring a Senior Case Manager to take on intake and assessment. Maintenance and leasing staff share information every day. What you will do • Follow up regularly and update records accurately. • Meet clients, understand their needs and build a simple plan. • Report outcomes to funders in clear, short summaries. • Connect clients with partner agencies. • Help with applications and appointments for maintenance requests. What we are looking for • Experience in social services, casework or a related field. • Empathy, patience and good boundaries. • Strong documentation habits. Nice to have • Bilingual English and Spanish. • Experience with maintenance requests. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Providence. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
