Senior Case Manager - intake and assessment (Providence, RI)

We are growing our team at Clearpath Junction Community Partners Group and adding a Senior Case Manager whose main responsibility will be intake and assessment. Mission matters here, and so does looking after staff. What you will do • Help with applications and appointments for benefits enrolment. • Connect clients with partner agencies. • Report outcomes to funders in clear, short summaries. • Meet clients, understand their needs and build a simple plan. • Follow up regularly and update records accurately. What we are looking for • Experience in social services, casework or a related field. • Empathy, patience and good boundaries. • Strong documentation habits. Nice to have • Experience with benefits enrolment. • Bilingual English and Spanish. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Providence, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
