Senior Case Manager - intake and assessment (Phoenix, AZ)

We are growing our team at Bluepeak Nest Property Management and adding a Senior Case Manager whose main responsibility will be intake and assessment. You would join a small organisation of about 122 people based in Phoenix. What you will do • Report outcomes to funders in clear, short summaries. • Connect clients with partner agencies. • Help with applications and appointments for unit turnovers. • Follow up regularly and update records accurately. • Meet clients, understand their needs and build a simple plan. What we are looking for • Experience in social services, casework or a related field. • Strong documentation habits. • Empathy, patience and good boundaries. Nice to have • Experience with unit turnovers. • Bilingual English and Spanish. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Phoenix, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
