Senior Case Manager - intake and assessment (Philadelphia, PA)

We are growing our team at Nova Willow Learning Group and adding a Senior Case Manager whose main responsibility will be intake and assessment. You would join a large organisation of about 411 people based in Philadelphia. What you will do • Help with applications and appointments for enrolment. • Meet clients, understand their needs and build a simple plan. • Follow up regularly and update records accurately. • Connect clients with partner agencies. • Report outcomes to funders in clear, short summaries. What we are looking for • Empathy, patience and good boundaries. • Experience in social services, casework or a related field. • Strong documentation habits. Nice to have • Experience with enrolment. • Bilingual English and Spanish. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Philadelphia. • We reply to every applicant.
