Senior Case Manager - intake and assessment (Philadelphia, PA)

Westbrook Thistle Early Learning Group runs childcare centres in Philadelphia caring for infants, toddlers and preschoolers. We are hiring a Senior Case Manager to take on intake and assessment. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Philadelphia. What you will do • Meet clients, understand their needs and build a simple plan. • Report outcomes to funders in clear, short summaries. • Connect clients with partner agencies. • Help with applications and appointments for family communication. • Follow up regularly and update records accurately. What we are looking for • Empathy, patience and good boundaries. • Experience in social services, casework or a related field. • Strong documentation habits. Nice to have • Bilingual English and Spanish. • Experience with family communication. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Philadelphia. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
