Senior Case Manager - intake and assessment (Philadelphia, PA)

We are growing our team at Bluepeak Rook Property Management and adding a Senior Case Manager whose main responsibility will be intake and assessment. Maintenance and leasing staff share information every day. What you will do • Help with applications and appointments for lease renewals. • Connect clients with partner agencies. • Follow up regularly and update records accurately. • Report outcomes to funders in clear, short summaries. • Meet clients, understand their needs and build a simple plan. What we are looking for • Strong documentation habits. • Empathy, patience and good boundaries. • Experience in social services, casework or a related field. Nice to have • Experience with lease renewals. • Bilingual English and Spanish. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Philadelphia. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
