Senior Case Manager - intake and assessment (Orlando, FL)

Summit River Early Learning is an early-learning provider in Orlando. We are hiring a Senior Case Manager to take on intake and assessment. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Help with applications and appointments for licensing records. • Connect clients with partner agencies. • Report outcomes to funders in clear, short summaries. • Follow up regularly and update records accurately. • Meet clients, understand their needs and build a simple plan. What we are looking for • Experience in social services, casework or a related field. • Strong documentation habits. • Empathy, patience and good boundaries. Nice to have • Experience with licensing records. • Bilingual English and Spanish. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Orlando, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
