Senior Case Manager - intake and assessment (Orlando, FL)

Fernwood Maple Community Partners is a nonprofit in Orlando supporting families with food, housing and job help. We are hiring a Senior Case Manager to take on intake and assessment. We are small enough to know everyone's name. What you will do • Meet clients, understand their needs and build a simple plan. • Follow up regularly and update records accurately. • Report outcomes to funders in clear, short summaries. • Help with applications and appointments for donor records. • Connect clients with partner agencies. What we are looking for • Experience in social services, casework or a related field. • Strong documentation habits. • Empathy, patience and good boundaries. Nice to have • Bilingual English and Spanish. • Experience with donor records. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Orlando. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
