Senior Case Manager - intake and assessment (Orlando, FL)

Redstone Junction Housing is looking for a Senior Case Manager. The job centres on intake and assessment for lease compliance, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 126 people based in Orlando. What you will do • Follow up regularly and update records accurately. • Meet clients, understand their needs and build a simple plan. • Report outcomes to funders in clear, short summaries. • Connect clients with partner agencies. • Help with applications and appointments for lease compliance. What we are looking for • Experience in social services, casework or a related field. • Strong documentation habits. • Empathy, patience and good boundaries. Nice to have • Experience with lease compliance. • Bilingual English and Spanish. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Orlando. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
