Senior Case Manager - intake and assessment (Orlando, FL)

We are growing our team at Cedar Ashton Health and adding a Senior Case Manager whose main responsibility will be intake and assessment. Clinicians and administrators work side by side. What you will do • Meet clients, understand their needs and build a simple plan. • Report outcomes to funders in clear, short summaries. • Follow up regularly and update records accurately. • Help with applications and appointments for referrals. • Connect clients with partner agencies. What we are looking for • Strong documentation habits. • Experience in social services, casework or a related field. • Empathy, patience and good boundaries. Nice to have • Bilingual English and Spanish. • Experience with referrals. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Orlando. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
