Senior Case Manager - intake and assessment (Oklahoma City, OK)

Stonegate Granite Property Management is a Oklahoma City property manager with leasing, maintenance and resident services. We are hiring a Senior Case Manager to take on intake and assessment. We are flexible about schedules. What you will do • Follow up regularly and update records accurately. • Meet clients, understand their needs and build a simple plan. • Help with applications and appointments for vendor invoices. • Report outcomes to funders in clear, short summaries. • Connect clients with partner agencies. What we are looking for • Strong documentation habits. • Empathy, patience and good boundaries. • Experience in social services, casework or a related field. Nice to have • Bilingual English and Spanish. • Experience with vendor invoices. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Oklahoma City, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
