Senior Case Manager - intake and assessment (Oklahoma City, OK)

We are growing our team at Amberfield Fox Learning Group and adding a Senior Case Manager whose main responsibility will be intake and assessment. You would join a small organisation of about 93 people based in Oklahoma City. What you will do • Connect clients with partner agencies. • Report outcomes to funders in clear, short summaries. • Follow up regularly and update records accurately. • Help with applications and appointments for school calendars. • Meet clients, understand their needs and build a simple plan. What we are looking for • Strong documentation habits. • Experience in social services, casework or a related field. • Empathy, patience and good boundaries. Nice to have • Experience with school calendars. • Bilingual English and Spanish. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Oklahoma City, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
