Senior Case Manager - intake and assessment (Oklahoma City, OK)

Amberfield Kestrel Housing is looking for a Senior Case Manager. The job centres on intake and assessment for waiting lists, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Follow up regularly and update records accurately. • Help with applications and appointments for waiting lists. • Report outcomes to funders in clear, short summaries. • Meet clients, understand their needs and build a simple plan. • Connect clients with partner agencies. What we are looking for • Strong documentation habits. • Experience in social services, casework or a related field. • Empathy, patience and good boundaries. Nice to have • Bilingual English and Spanish. • Experience with waiting lists. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Oklahoma City. • We reply to every applicant.
