Senior Case Manager - intake and assessment (Milwaukee, WI)

Amberfield Thistle Housing manages affordable housing communities across Milwaukee, and we need a Senior Case Manager to lead our intake and assessment. You would join a small organisation of about 155 people based in Milwaukee. What you will do • Report outcomes to funders in clear, short summaries. • Meet clients, understand their needs and build a simple plan. • Follow up regularly and update records accurately. • Connect clients with partner agencies. • Help with applications and appointments for repair requests. What we are looking for • Strong documentation habits. • Empathy, patience and good boundaries. • Experience in social services, casework or a related field. Nice to have • Experience with repair requests. • Bilingual English and Spanish. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Milwaukee. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
