Senior Case Manager - intake and assessment (Milwaukee, WI)

Bright Junction Housing Group provides affordable homes and support services around Milwaukee, and we need a Senior Case Manager to lead our intake and assessment. Housing is our mission and residents are our neighbours. What you will do • Connect clients with partner agencies. • Follow up regularly and update records accurately. • Meet clients, understand their needs and build a simple plan. • Report outcomes to funders in clear, short summaries. • Help with applications and appointments for lease compliance. What we are looking for • Strong documentation habits. • Experience in social services, casework or a related field. • Empathy, patience and good boundaries. Nice to have • Bilingual English and Spanish. • Experience with lease compliance. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Milwaukee. • We reply to every applicant.
