Senior Case Manager - intake and assessment (Miami, FL)

Lumen Quarry Care Services provides in-home and community support in Miami, and we need a Senior Case Manager to lead our intake and assessment. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Miami. What you will do • Help with applications and appointments for care plans. • Connect clients with partner agencies. • Meet clients, understand their needs and build a simple plan. • Follow up regularly and update records accurately. • Report outcomes to funders in clear, short summaries. What we are looking for • Experience in social services, casework or a related field. • Strong documentation habits. • Empathy, patience and good boundaries. Nice to have • Experience with care plans. • Bilingual English and Spanish. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Miami. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
