Senior Case Manager - intake and assessment (Memphis, TN)

Greenridge Ember Property Management is looking for a Senior Case Manager. The job centres on intake and assessment for resident events, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Residents are neighbours, not numbers. What you will do • Report outcomes to funders in clear, short summaries. • Connect clients with partner agencies. • Follow up regularly and update records accurately. • Help with applications and appointments for resident events. • Meet clients, understand their needs and build a simple plan. What we are looking for • Empathy, patience and good boundaries. • Experience in social services, casework or a related field. • Strong documentation habits. Nice to have • Experience with resident events. • Bilingual English and Spanish. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Memphis, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
