Senior Case Manager - intake and assessment (Memphis, TN)

Northwind Drift Civic Services works with county and city offices around Memphis, and we need a Senior Case Manager to lead our intake and assessment. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Help with applications and appointments for permits. • Meet clients, understand their needs and build a simple plan. • Connect clients with partner agencies. • Follow up regularly and update records accurately. • Report outcomes to funders in clear, short summaries. What we are looking for • Strong documentation habits. • Experience in social services, casework or a related field. • Empathy, patience and good boundaries. Nice to have • Bilingual English and Spanish. • Experience with permits. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Memphis, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
