Senior Case Manager - intake and assessment (Memphis, TN)

Cedar Juniper Care Services is looking for a Senior Case Manager. The job centres on intake and assessment for licensing, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 15 people based in Memphis. What you will do • Connect clients with partner agencies. • Follow up regularly and update records accurately. • Meet clients, understand their needs and build a simple plan. • Help with applications and appointments for licensing. • Report outcomes to funders in clear, short summaries. What we are looking for • Strong documentation habits. • Empathy, patience and good boundaries. • Experience in social services, casework or a related field. Nice to have • Experience with licensing. • Bilingual English and Spanish. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Memphis. • We reply to every applicant.
