Senior Case Manager - intake and assessment (Memphis, TN)

Bright Wilder Early Learning Group is an early-learning provider in Memphis. We are hiring a Senior Case Manager to take on intake and assessment. You would join a small organisation of about 11 people based in Memphis. What you will do • Help with applications and appointments for classroom supplies. • Connect clients with partner agencies. • Meet clients, understand their needs and build a simple plan. • Follow up regularly and update records accurately. • Report outcomes to funders in clear, short summaries. What we are looking for • Strong documentation habits. • Experience in social services, casework or a related field. • Empathy, patience and good boundaries. Nice to have • Bilingual English and Spanish. • Experience with classroom supplies. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Memphis. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
