Senior Case Manager - intake and assessment (Knoxville, TN)

Fernwood Willow Property Management manages apartment communities around Knoxville. We are hiring a Senior Case Manager to take on intake and assessment. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Follow up regularly and update records accurately. • Connect clients with partner agencies. • Meet clients, understand their needs and build a simple plan. • Report outcomes to funders in clear, short summaries. • Help with applications and appointments for rent collection. What we are looking for • Empathy, patience and good boundaries. • Strong documentation habits. • Experience in social services, casework or a related field. Nice to have • Bilingual English and Spanish. • Experience with rent collection. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Knoxville, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
