Senior Case Manager - intake and assessment (Kansas City, MO)

Silverline Loom Learning Group is looking for a Senior Case Manager. The job centres on intake and assessment for family communication, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Report outcomes to funders in clear, short summaries. • Meet clients, understand their needs and build a simple plan. • Follow up regularly and update records accurately. • Connect clients with partner agencies. • Help with applications and appointments for family communication. What we are looking for • Experience in social services, casework or a related field. • Empathy, patience and good boundaries. • Strong documentation habits. Nice to have • Experience with family communication. • Bilingual English and Spanish.
