Senior Case Manager - intake and assessment (Kansas City, MO)

Ironwood North Learning Group is looking for a Senior Case Manager. The job centres on intake and assessment for student accounts, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Collaboration between teachers and staff is strong. What you will do • Meet clients, understand their needs and build a simple plan. • Follow up regularly and update records accurately. • Help with applications and appointments for student accounts. • Report outcomes to funders in clear, short summaries. • Connect clients with partner agencies. What we are looking for • Strong documentation habits. • Empathy, patience and good boundaries. • Experience in social services, casework or a related field. Nice to have • Bilingual English and Spanish. • Experience with student accounts.
