Senior Case Manager - intake and assessment (Kansas City, MO)

Bluepeak Thistle Community Partners is a Kansas City charity working with residents on basic needs and opportunity, and we need a Senior Case Manager to lead our intake and assessment. We are small enough to know everyone's name. What you will do • Connect clients with partner agencies. • Meet clients, understand their needs and build a simple plan. • Report outcomes to funders in clear, short summaries. • Help with applications and appointments for donor records. • Follow up regularly and update records accurately. What we are looking for • Strong documentation habits. • Empathy, patience and good boundaries. • Experience in social services, casework or a related field. Nice to have • Bilingual English and Spanish. • Experience with donor records. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Kansas City. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
