Senior Case Manager - intake and assessment (Kansas City, MO)

Highbridge Wilder Learning Group runs classrooms and tutoring across the Kansas City area. We are hiring a Senior Case Manager to take on intake and assessment. Families are partners. What you will do • Follow up regularly and update records accurately. • Help with applications and appointments for family communication. • Meet clients, understand their needs and build a simple plan. • Connect clients with partner agencies. • Report outcomes to funders in clear, short summaries. What we are looking for • Experience in social services, casework or a related field. • Strong documentation habits. • Empathy, patience and good boundaries. Nice to have • Bilingual English and Spanish. • Experience with family communication. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Kansas City. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
