Senior Case Manager - intake and assessment (Kansas City, MO)

Harborlight River Housing is looking for a Senior Case Manager. The job centres on intake and assessment for rent assistance, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Connect clients with partner agencies. • Help with applications and appointments for rent assistance. • Report outcomes to funders in clear, short summaries. • Follow up regularly and update records accurately. • Meet clients, understand their needs and build a simple plan. What we are looking for • Strong documentation habits. • Experience in social services, casework or a related field. • Empathy, patience and good boundaries. Nice to have • Experience with rent assistance. • Bilingual English and Spanish. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Kansas City. • We reply to every applicant.
