Senior Case Manager - intake and assessment (Kansas City, MO)

Westbrook Basin Care Services supports families and individuals in Kansas City with personal care and coordination. We are hiring a Senior Case Manager to take on intake and assessment. We train and promote from within. What you will do • Meet clients, understand their needs and build a simple plan. • Report outcomes to funders in clear, short summaries. • Follow up regularly and update records accurately. • Help with applications and appointments for caregiver training. • Connect clients with partner agencies. What we are looking for • Experience in social services, casework or a related field. • Empathy, patience and good boundaries. • Strong documentation habits. Nice to have • Experience with caregiver training. • Bilingual English and Spanish. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Kansas City. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
