Senior Case Manager - intake and assessment (Jackson, MS)

We are growing our team at Westbrook Summit Property Management Group and adding a Senior Case Manager whose main responsibility will be intake and assessment. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Help with applications and appointments for maintenance requests. • Connect clients with partner agencies. • Meet clients, understand their needs and build a simple plan. • Follow up regularly and update records accurately. • Report outcomes to funders in clear, short summaries. What we are looking for • Strong documentation habits. • Empathy, patience and good boundaries. • Experience in social services, casework or a related field. Nice to have • Bilingual English and Spanish. • Experience with maintenance requests. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Jackson. • We reply to every applicant.
