Senior Case Manager - intake and assessment (Jackson, MS)

Greenridge Ashton Civic Services supports public agencies in Jackson with budgeting, records and programmes, and we need a Senior Case Manager to lead our intake and assessment. We follow procedures carefully and explain them clearly. What you will do • Connect clients with partner agencies. • Report outcomes to funders in clear, short summaries. • Help with applications and appointments for procurement. • Meet clients, understand their needs and build a simple plan. • Follow up regularly and update records accurately. What we are looking for • Strong documentation habits. • Empathy, patience and good boundaries. • Experience in social services, casework or a related field. Nice to have • Bilingual English and Spanish. • Experience with procurement. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Jackson, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
