Senior Case Manager - intake and assessment (Indianapolis, IN)

Highbridge Beacon Housing is a nonprofit housing provider in Indianapolis, and we need a Senior Case Manager to lead our intake and assessment. You would join a small organisation of about 18 people based in Indianapolis. What you will do • Help with applications and appointments for lease compliance. • Follow up regularly and update records accurately. • Meet clients, understand their needs and build a simple plan. • Report outcomes to funders in clear, short summaries. • Connect clients with partner agencies. What we are looking for • Experience in social services, casework or a related field. • Strong documentation habits. • Empathy, patience and good boundaries. Nice to have • Bilingual English and Spanish. • Experience with lease compliance. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Indianapolis, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
