Senior Case Manager - intake and assessment (Indianapolis, IN)

Highbridge Maple Housing is looking for a Senior Case Manager. The job centres on intake and assessment for repair requests, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Collaboration with local agencies is constant. What you will do • Report outcomes to funders in clear, short summaries. • Connect clients with partner agencies. • Follow up regularly and update records accurately. • Meet clients, understand their needs and build a simple plan. • Help with applications and appointments for repair requests. What we are looking for • Empathy, patience and good boundaries. • Strong documentation habits. • Experience in social services, casework or a related field. Nice to have • Bilingual English and Spanish. • Experience with repair requests.
