Senior Case Manager - intake and assessment (Houston, TX)

Silverline Granite Property Management manages apartment communities around Houston, and we need a Senior Case Manager to lead our intake and assessment. We are flexible about schedules. What you will do • Connect clients with partner agencies. • Help with applications and appointments for lease renewals. • Follow up regularly and update records accurately. • Meet clients, understand their needs and build a simple plan. • Report outcomes to funders in clear, short summaries. What we are looking for • Empathy, patience and good boundaries. • Strong documentation habits. • Experience in social services, casework or a related field. Nice to have • Experience with lease renewals. • Bilingual English and Spanish. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Houston. • We reply to every applicant.
