Senior Case Manager - intake and assessment (Honolulu, HI)

Harborlight Early Learning is looking for a Senior Case Manager. The job centres on intake and assessment for meal programmes, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Help with applications and appointments for meal programmes. • Meet clients, understand their needs and build a simple plan. • Connect clients with partner agencies. • Report outcomes to funders in clear, short summaries. • Follow up regularly and update records accurately. What we are looking for • Strong documentation habits. • Experience in social services, casework or a related field. • Empathy, patience and good boundaries. Nice to have • Experience with meal programmes. • Bilingual English and Spanish. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Honolulu, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
