Senior Case Manager - intake and assessment (Fort Worth, TX)

Nova Haven Property Management is a Fort Worth property manager with leasing, maintenance and resident services, and we need a Senior Case Manager to lead our intake and assessment. Residents are neighbours, not numbers. What you will do • Connect clients with partner agencies. • Follow up regularly and update records accurately. • Report outcomes to funders in clear, short summaries. • Help with applications and appointments for lease renewals. • Meet clients, understand their needs and build a simple plan. What we are looking for • Experience in social services, casework or a related field. • Strong documentation habits. • Empathy, patience and good boundaries. Nice to have • Experience with lease renewals. • Bilingual English and Spanish. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Fort Worth, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
