Senior Case Manager - intake and assessment (El Paso, TX)

Clearpath Community Partners is looking for a Senior Case Manager. The job centres on intake and assessment for volunteer shifts, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. We are small enough to know everyone's name. What you will do • Follow up regularly and update records accurately. • Report outcomes to funders in clear, short summaries. • Help with applications and appointments for volunteer shifts. • Meet clients, understand their needs and build a simple plan. • Connect clients with partner agencies. What we are looking for • Experience in social services, casework or a related field. • Empathy, patience and good boundaries. • Strong documentation habits. Nice to have • Experience with volunteer shifts. • Bilingual English and Spanish. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in El Paso. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
