Senior Case Manager - intake and assessment (El Paso, TX)

Clearpath Ivory Civic Services is looking for a Senior Case Manager. The job centres on intake and assessment for constituent requests, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Help with applications and appointments for constituent requests. • Connect clients with partner agencies. • Meet clients, understand their needs and build a simple plan. • Report outcomes to funders in clear, short summaries. • Follow up regularly and update records accurately. What we are looking for • Strong documentation habits. • Empathy, patience and good boundaries. • Experience in social services, casework or a related field. Nice to have • Experience with constituent requests. • Bilingual English and Spanish.
