Senior Case Manager - intake and assessment (Detroit, MI)

Greenridge Vale Housing is looking for a Senior Case Manager. The job centres on intake and assessment for repair requests, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Follow up regularly and update records accurately. • Report outcomes to funders in clear, short summaries. • Help with applications and appointments for repair requests. • Connect clients with partner agencies. • Meet clients, understand their needs and build a simple plan. What we are looking for • Empathy, patience and good boundaries. • Strong documentation habits. • Experience in social services, casework or a related field. Nice to have • Bilingual English and Spanish. • Experience with repair requests. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Detroit. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
