Senior Case Manager - intake and assessment (Detroit, MI)

We are growing our team at Amberfield Quarry Care Services and adding a Senior Case Manager whose main responsibility will be intake and assessment. We train and promote from within. What you will do • Connect clients with partner agencies. • Help with applications and appointments for visit scheduling. • Meet clients, understand their needs and build a simple plan. • Follow up regularly and update records accurately. • Report outcomes to funders in clear, short summaries. What we are looking for • Experience in social services, casework or a related field. • Empathy, patience and good boundaries. • Strong documentation habits. Nice to have • Bilingual English and Spanish. • Experience with visit scheduling. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Detroit. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
