Senior Case Manager - intake and assessment (Des Moines, IA)

Clearpath Fox Early Learning runs childcare centres in Des Moines caring for infants, toddlers and preschoolers, and we need a Senior Case Manager to lead our intake and assessment. We celebrate small wins and steady routines. What you will do • Help with applications and appointments for classroom supplies. • Meet clients, understand their needs and build a simple plan. • Follow up regularly and update records accurately. • Connect clients with partner agencies. • Report outcomes to funders in clear, short summaries. What we are looking for • Experience in social services, casework or a related field. • Strong documentation habits. • Empathy, patience and good boundaries. Nice to have • Bilingual English and Spanish. • Experience with classroom supplies. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Des Moines. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
